I huffed premium unleaded gasoline from a plastic bag at 11:59. It’s a family tradition!

I sat around eating cheese and crackers and shrimp, then I drove home in a snowstorm.  Didn’t have a drop of champagne.

I prefer teh hard stuff in the form of Rye. The count-down is for that apology glass of champagne… ceremonial, but not something to be sucking back all night long. ;)

Jeff: The more environmentally conscious have switched to huffing ethanol. You should give it a try next year.

Next year I think my environmentally friendly cocktail will be non-irrigated, non-fertilized sustainably harvested cellulose biomass, using GMO e-coli ethanol conversion with non-Amazon grown unfertilized crop-rotated soybean biodiesel blended with algal bio-oil and carbon-sequestered CTL dimethyl ether…

…with a Don Julio 1942 chaser.
